Services

🧭 How it works

1. Pick a service and describe exactly what you need.
2. If some costs depend on your case (a ticket, a fee), the provider sends you a quote first. You approve it before paying anything.
3. Pay through Scholarion. The provider starts once the payment is confirmed.
4. Follow progress and chat with the provider on the order page.
5. The order is marked completed when the work is delivered.

🧾 What you pay

• Every cost is listed before you pay: the provider's fee, government and third-party costs, and Scholarion's fee.
• Government and third-party costs are passed through at cost, with no markup.
• Scholarion's fee is a percentage of the provider's fee only, shown on its own line.

🆘 If something goes wrong

• Write to the provider in the order chat first. Most issues are simple misunderstandings.
• Still stuck? Use “Report a problem” on the order page. Our team reviews every report and can pause the order.
• If a provider didn't deliver what was agreed, we'll work with you on a refund of what you paid through Scholarion.
• Suspect a scam? Report it right away and stop all contact outside Scholarion.
