Privacy policy

Scholarion guides you through your scholarship applications. We collect only what we need to do that, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email, whether you're an applicant or laureate, and optionally your country and target degree.
• Account: email, display name, language and profile details you choose to add.
• Progress: lessons completed, quiz scores, notes you write on tasks, streaks, badges and deadlines.
• Messages: chats with laureates and help request threads, stored so both of you can read them. Emails are never shown to the other person.
• Shared documents: if you're a laureate and share one, we only store the version with personal details removed. Help request listings are visible to all members.
• Push subscriptions: if you turn on notifications, a browser endpoint to deliver them.

How we use it

To run your journey, send the reminders you asked for, keep the community safe (rate limits, reports, moderation), and improve the product using privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. We store one functional cookie for your language and one for your login session.

Your rights

You can export all your data or delete your account at any time from your profile. Deleting your account removes your progress, messages and subscriptions.
